This is one of the most popular sayings in the south, but beware y'all... it packs a double meaning to the untrained Northern ear. When used at face value, the sentiment is truly genuine, the user is wishing blessings on someone for a good deed rendered, and rendered well, like "Bless your heart, you brought me cupcakes." Then there's the not-so-nice use... Usually said about someone that has done something very dumb like: "Bless Your Heart" you locked your keys in your car again.
